Atelic Digital
Version: 19 October 2026
1.1 This Schedule sets out Atelic Digital’s Website Growth Plans. It forms part of the statement of work (SOW) under which you select a plan, and is made under the Atelic Digital Master Services Agreement at atelicdigital.com.au/masters-services-agreement (the MSA).
1.2 The MSA applies to your plan. Words defined in the MSA have the same meaning in this Schedule. If this Schedule is inconsistent with the MSA, this Schedule prevails to the extent of the inconsistency, as provided by clause 2.1(b) of the MSA.
1.3 You select a plan either:
(a) in a SOW for a website that Atelic Digital builds for you; or
(b) at Atelic Digital’s checkout. If you select a plan at checkout, your acceptance of the MSA and this Schedule at checkout, together with the plan you select and the business details you provide, forms the SOW for your plan.

2.3 Fees are charged per month, in the currency stated in your SOW or at checkout, and exclude GST. GST is added where it applies. Amounts in this Schedule, including the redesign fund, are in the currency of your plan.
3. Hosting
3.1 WordPress websites: Atelic Digital hosts your website on Australian infrastructure that it manages, including SSL certificate management and renewal, 24/7 uptime monitoring and automated daily backups. Your website data and backups are stored on Australian infrastructure, and Atelic Digital does not transfer or store them offshore.
3.2 Webflow websites: your website is hosted by Webflow, and your Webflow site plan is included in your plan fee while your plan is active, as provided for by clause 4(k) of the MSA. Webflow provides the hosting, SSL certificates and backups, and stores your website data on its own infrastructure, which may be outside Australia. The site plan included is the one your website needs when your plan starts. If your website later needs a higher Webflow plan, for example because of traffic or CMS limits, Atelic Digital will tell you before making the change, and with your agreement the difference in Webflow’s fee is added to your plan fee.
3.3 Uptime target (WordPress websites): Atelic Digital targets 99.9% uptime for your hosting environment in each calendar month. The target, and any remedy for missing it, are provided on the same basis as the service levels and remedies Atelic Digital receives from its infrastructure provider for the hosting your website runs on.
3.4 Exclusions: the following do not count against the uptime target: scheduled or emergency maintenance; a failure of a network, system or service not under the direct control of Atelic Digital or its infrastructure provider; your own content, software, plugins, themes or third-party integrations; operating system or platform-level issues; any act or omission by you or a third party acting for you; denial-of-service or other malicious attacks; and a Force Majeure Event.
3.5 Service credits: if the uptime target is not met in a calendar month, your remedy is a credit against future fees, to the extent Atelic Digital receives a corresponding credit from its infrastructure provider. To claim it, notify Atelic Digital through LaunchBay or the helpdesk within 14 days after the end of that month. Credits are not refundable as cash, and to the extent permitted by law are your sole remedy for missing the uptime target.
3.6 Clauses 3.3 to 3.5 set out the Service Levels and Service Credits for your plan, for the purposes of clause 2.6 of the MSA. Despite clause 2.6(a) of the MSA, missing the uptime target is not a breach of the MSA or your SOW. For Webflow websites, availability depends on Webflow, and clauses 4(l) and 4(m) of the MSA apply.
4. Updates, security and performance
4.1 Weekly maintenance (WordPress websites): each week, Atelic Digital applies WordPress core updates and licensed plugin and theme updates, tested before they are applied to your live website, runs post-update checks to detect critical failures, and confirms that caching and performance settings remain correctly configured. Maintenance runs on a structured weekly cycle, not on request.
4.2 Rollback (WordPress websites): if a fatal error is detected after an update, Atelic Digital will restore your website to its last stable state, hold back the update that caused the error, and give you a written summary of the issue.
4.3 Plugin conflicts (WordPress websites): managed maintenance reduces, but cannot remove, the risk of conflicts between plugins and other third-party components. Where a conflict is found after a routine update, Atelic Digital will triage it to determine whether the issue is at the infrastructure, configuration or application level. Code-level fixes are development work (see clause 7.6).
4.4 Webflow websites: Webflow maintains its own platform. Atelic Digital maintains your website’s settings, forms, integrations and third-party code, and restores earlier versions of your website from Webflow’s backups where needed.
4.5 Security and performance: for WordPress websites, Atelic Digital maintains security hardening and server configuration, malware scanning and removal, and firewall protection. For all websites, Atelic Digital keeps speed and caching settings correctly configured, and reviews your website’s hosting and configuration each year.
4.6 Our tools: Atelic Digital’s server configurations, deployment and management scripts, monitoring configurations and standard operating procedures are Excluded Work Results for the purposes of clause 6.7 of the MSA, and are not assigned to you. Your website’s content and the design built for you are not affected.
5. Monthly website report
5.1 Each month, Atelic Digital will send you a report on your website covering, as they apply to your website and plan: updates applied, uptime, backups, security scans, the results of the site checks in clause 6, change credits used, the status of your automations, and the case studies published.
5.2 On the Content plan, the report for the last month of each quarter also includes the results of the AI search check and the conversion tune-up in clause 10.
6. Site checks
6.1 On the Core and Content plans, Atelic Digital checks each week that your forms submit and that enquiries reach your inbox, and that your links and buttons work, and checks your website’s mobile display and speed each month.
6.2 Atelic Digital will tell you about any issue a check finds. An emergency is handled under clause 12. Any other fix is made using change credits or as a Change Request.
7. Change credits
7.1 Monthly credits: your plan includes the number of change credits shown in clause 2.1 each month. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, and unused monthly credits do not roll over.
7.2 Credit tiers: Atelic Digital assesses each change request against these tiers, acting reasonably:
(a) Tier 1, Simple, 1 credit: for example text edits, image swaps, contact detail updates and button label changes;
(b) Tier 2, Standard, 3 credits: for example form field additions, menu restructuring, page reordering, new embedded content such as maps or videos, and changes to an existing automation;
(c) Tier 3, Complex, 5 credits: for example new content blocks, gallery updates, significant layout adjustments within an existing section, and an additional simple automation (see clause 8); and
(d) Extra case study, 10 credits: a case study beyond your plan’s monthly allowance (see clause 9.4).
7.3 Requests over your balance: if a request would exceed your remaining credits, Atelic Digital will tell you before starting. You may buy a top-up pack or defer the request to the next month.
7.4 Top-up packs: a pack of 10 credits costs $150, plus GST where it applies. Top-up credits carry over from month to month while your plan is active.
7.5 Ending your plan: when your plan ends, any unused credits, including top-up credits, are forfeited and are not refunded.
7.6 Development work: credits cover the items in clause 7.2 only. The following is development work, is not covered by credits or the monthly fee, and is quoted as a Change Request under clause 2.3 of the MSA: new page sections, page redesigns or new templates; editing or modifying plugin or theme code; debugging compatibility issues caused by custom code or third-party modifications; feature development or new functionality; automations that are not simple automations; API integrations; and CMS migrations or platform changes.
8. Automations
8.1 Included automations: on the Core and Content plans, Atelic Digital will build, run and monitor the number of simple automations shown in clause 2.1, chosen with you. Further simple automations can be added using change credits (see clause 7.2(c)).
8.2 Simple automation: a simple automation connects your website to one other tool through an existing integration, with one trigger and up to two actions, and no custom code. Examples include:
(a) a lead alert, sending you an SMS, email or Slack message when an enquiry arrives;
(b) an auto-reply, sending each enquirer a confirmation and what happens next;
(c) a follow-up reminder, alerting you when an enquiry has not been answered within a set time;
(d) a review request, asking a client for a Google review when you mark their job complete; and
(e) a lead log, sending each enquiry to your CRM or a Google Sheet.
8.3 Changes and larger automations: changes to an existing automation are made using change credits. Automations that are not simple automations are scoped and quoted as a Change Request under clause 2.3 of the MSA.
8.4 Third-party tools: an automation may depend on tools Atelic Digital does not manage, such as your CRM, email or SMS platform. You are responsible for any subscription those tools require in your own name. If such a tool is unavailable or changes in a way that interrupts an automation, Atelic Digital will notify you, and will restore the automation using change credits or, if the change requires development work, as a Change Request. Clauses 4(l) and 4(m) of the MSA apply.
8.5 Ending your plan: when your plan ends, your automations stop running. Records the automations have already sent to your own tools remain yours. The automations’ configurations, scripts and methods are Atelic Digital’s Excluded Work Results for the purposes of clause 6.7 of the MSA, are not assigned to you, and clause 6.1(b) of the MSA does not apply to them. You have full use of your automations while your plan is active.
9. Case studies
9.1 Monthly allowance: on the Core and Content plans, Atelic Digital will write and publish on your website the number of case studies shown in clause 2.1 each month. A case study is a project page using your website’s existing case study template, written from a project questionnaire and photos you supply. Interviews, site visits, photography and new templates are not included.
9.2 Publishing everywhere (Content plan): on the Content plan, Atelic Digital will also post each case study to your Google Business Profile, Facebook page and Instagram account, and make a short video for it of up to 60 seconds, from the case study’s photos and any footage you supply.
9.3 Allowance does not roll over: a month’s allowance that is not used, including because the questionnaire, photos or approval it needs were not supplied, does not carry over to the next month.
9.4 Extra case studies: you may request case studies beyond your monthly allowance for 10 change credits each (see clause 7.2(d)). On the Content plan, extra case studies are also published as described in clause 9.2.
9.5 Accounts: for posting under clause 9.2, you must give Atelic Digital access to your Google Business Profile, Facebook page and Instagram account. These accounts remain yours, and Atelic Digital is not responsible for decisions the platforms make about them or your posts.
10. Visibility (Content plan)
10.1 AI search check: each quarter, Atelic Digital will check whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI results recommend your business for up to 10 searches agreed with you, compare the results with the previous quarter, and recommend changes.
10.2 Conversion tune-up: each quarter, Atelic Digital will review your website’s performance in Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity and make one improvement to your website based on what it finds, such as clarifying a page section, moving a call to action, or fixing a step where visitors drop off.
10.3 No guarantee: search engines and AI tools decide for themselves what they show and recommend. Atelic Digital does not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, traffic or number of enquiries.
11. Redesign fund (Content plan)
11.1 How it builds: for each month you are on the Content plan and your fee is paid, Atelic Digital sets aside $100 in a redesign fund for you, up to a maximum of $6,000. Once the fund reaches $6,000, nothing further is set aside until it is used.
11.2 Using it: after 24 months on the Content plan, you may apply your fund toward a redesign or rebuild of your website by Atelic Digital, quoted as a Change Request under clause 2.3 of the MSA or under a new SOW. The fund is applied to the price of that work and cannot exceed it. Once applied, the fund starts again from zero.
11.3 No cash value: the fund has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is not refundable. If you move from the Content plan to another plan, the fund stops building and can be used only once you return to the Content plan for the period in clause 11.2. If your plan ends, the fund lapses.
12. Support and emergencies
12.1 Requests: all change requests and emergency notifications must be submitted through the Atelic Digital client portal in LaunchBay or the helpdesk. Atelic Digital will respond to a standard change request within 2 Business Days. Requests sent through other channels, including email or SMS, may not be actioned within the usual timeframes.
12.2 Direct line: on the Core and Content plans, you deal directly with Leon Sokolski, not a support queue.
12.3 Emergencies: an emergency is an issue that critically affects your website’s functionality or prevents a visitor from contacting you or converting, including: the website being down or inaccessible; call-to-action buttons or links returning 404 errors; enquiry forms not submitting, or form notification emails not delivering; an expired SSL certificate; payment or booking integrations not working; loss of admin access; the website being defaced, hacked or serving malicious content; broken critical redirects; and the mobile version being broken or unviewable. Cosmetic issues, design preferences, copy changes and other non-critical requests are not emergencies.
12.4 Response: Atelic Digital will respond to a confirmed emergency within 12 business hours of being notified through LaunchBay or the helpdesk, with the request marked as an emergency. Business hours are 9am to 5pm Melbourne time on a Business Day. A response means active investigation and direct communication with you. Resolution time depends on the issue and is not guaranteed within the 12 business hours. Emergency work does not use change credits.
13. Domain and licences
13.1 You are responsible for registering, maintaining and renewing your domain name, as provided by clause 4(k) of the MSA.
13.2 Where Atelic Digital built your website, the licences for the premium plugins and themes it requires are provided by Atelic Digital while your plan is active, for the purposes of clause 6.5(a) of the MSA. When your plan ends, you are responsible for holding your own licences.
13.3 Where your website was not built by Atelic Digital, you must supply valid and current licences for all premium plugins and themes in use before your plan starts, as provided by clause 6.5 of the MSA, and give Atelic Digital full administrative access to your website and any hosting it needs to move.
14. Fees, term and changes
14.1 Billing: your plan fee is charged monthly in advance to the card you authorise in your SOW or at checkout, which is your payment authority for the purposes of clause 3.1(c) of the MSA. It is first charged on the date your website launches, if Atelic Digital builds it, or on the date of your first payment at checkout, and then on the same day each month. Atelic Digital will email you a tax invoice for each charge. This clause applies despite clauses 3.1(a) and 3.1(b) of the MSA.
14.2 Failed payments: Stripe will automatically retry a failed payment and notify you. Clause 3.2 of the MSA applies to any amount that remains unpaid.
14.3 Cancel anytime: your plan continues month to month, with no minimum term and no exit fee. Either party may end it by giving 30 days’ written notice, in the same way as clause 10.1(a) of the MSA, through LaunchBay, the helpdesk or by email to info@atelicdigital.com.au. Services continue, and fees remain payable, until the end of the notice period. Ending your plan ends only the plan, not any other Services under the same SOW.
14.4 Switch anytime: you may move to a different plan by request through LaunchBay or the helpdesk. The new plan and its fee apply from the start of your next billing cycle.
14.5 Changes to this Schedule and fees: Atelic Digital may change this Schedule or its plan fees by giving you at least 30 days’ written notice. If you do not agree to a change, you may end your plan under clause 14.3 before the change takes effect. Otherwise, the change applies to your plan from the date stated in the notice. This clause applies despite clause 11.9 of the MSA.
14.6 Move anytime: when your plan ends, Atelic Digital will provide your website files, database, login details and a configuration summary in accordance with clause 10.5 of the MSA. For a Webflow website, Atelic Digital will transfer the website to your own Webflow account, and its Webflow site plan becomes yours to pay from the date of transfer.
15. Your responsibilities
15.1 You remain responsible for your own privacy and data protection obligations to your website’s visitors and customers, including for enquiries, form submissions and other personal information collected through your website or passed on by your automations. You consent, for the purposes of clause 5.5(a)(v) of the MSA, to your website data being stored outside Australia where clause 3.2 applies, and to enquiry details being passed to the tools your automations connect to.
15.2 You confirm that you have the rights to the photos, footage and project details you supply, and your clients’ permission to publish them, as provided by clause 4(j) of the MSA.
15.3 You must not use your website or hosting to host or distribute unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or in breach of the acceptable use requirements of Atelic Digital’s infrastructure provider or Webflow. If such use is identified, the provider may require Atelic Digital to suspend the affected service, and Atelic Digital will notify you and work with you to resolve it where possible.
