Why Atelic Digital Exists
I kept starting work with new clients and finding the same patterns. Ad accounts that weren't theirs. Websites they couldn't access without going through someone else. Strategy on the website that had nothing to do with the strategy running in the ads. Each piece working in isolation, and most of it not actually theirs to keep.
Atelic exists to do this differently. We set the foundations properly from day one. You own your ad accounts, your website, and everything we build together. One strategy runs across all of it. One partner stays with you as the business scales.
The name comes from a word that describes actions with no natural endpoint. Activities focused on the process itself rather than the final result. Marketing is one of those things. Your business goals evolve. The market shifts. What worked last quarter stops working this one. A set-and- forget approach doesn't just stall growth, it actively damages the business as the gap between the marketing and the reality widens. The strategy has to keep evolving. The execution has to compound. That's the work I actually enjoy. Being in it with a business over years, not handing over a deliverable and moving on.
Meet Leon
I finished my degree in 2018 and went travelling, including six months in Canada with family on my mum's side. When I got back, a friend pulled me into digital marketing and I got hooked on the problem-solving side of it. COVID landed shortly after, and I co-founded an AI marketing tech startup before ChatGPT made AI a global conversation. In 2022 I left that business and started the agency. I began with contractors, grew into builders and trades, and over the last couple of years the work has broadened to include more established businesses, including auction houses like Sotheby's.
Day to day, I run the strategy sessions, manage the campaigns, and project manage the website builds personally. We operate as a freelancer-agency hybrid: a small team of designers and developers I trust, with every account run by me, every report reviewed by me, and one point of contact for you. That's the model, and it's deliberate.
What keeps me in this work is the call where a client tells me they just closed a $40,000 deal that started as a click on an ad we wrote together. Helping a business build a lead acquisition system that pays back year after year is the part of the job I genuinely enjoy. The relationships are the rest of it. The conversations with the business owners I get to work with are what I look forward to most.
